Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the time they are placed. There may be times that you may experience longer processing times due to outside vendor delays in supplying us raw materials. The final production garment that you will receive is made in-house and we can not control vendor delays regardless if it's shipping or weather related. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer, but we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Thank you in advance for understanding.

We partner with reputable shipping carriers like USPS, UPS and others to provide efficient delivery service. The shipping method and estimated delivery time will depend on your location:

• Flat Rate Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days.
• Free Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather, carrier delays, or peak holiday periods. Expedited and or express shipping may or may not be available.
